Well, although it was expected, I’m still disappointed Dave was eliminated. As Wayne said, he was disciplined with his nutrition and consistent and dedicated with his training, which is why he was so successful with weight loss. It’s no secret, if you are disciplined in both these areas and you will, like Dave, have amazing results.
He really has done a sensational job and he deserves to be a part of final four. Overall, though, I’m sure Dave knows he has actually won. The one thing he came for he has succeeded in - so he is a winner!
On the other hand, eliminating Dave was a smart move by the other contestants, he was the leading threat. And now Lisa is well-placed to become the first Australian female Biggest Loser! She really is looking good. Particularly, in last night’s apple challenge. I think Shannon the contestant summed it up when he said: “Lisa’s top of the leader board, she’s wearing a double bracelet, she’s got a massive boot and she can move apples quicker than anybody else. She’s got everything going for her.”
Phil and Joe are in their final days in the Northern Territory, and I must say the Commando was very passionate tonight. He knows it’s coming to an end, and he is going to push these boys until it comes. Not just to get the best on the scales, he will push to help them discover all they can be.
It really does seem like they’ve left the best till last this series. This week is truly going to be an amazing sprint to the finish.
Believe in yourself,
Ali x
