About the Rapid Weight Loss program
The Biggest Loser Club Rapid Weight Loss program is a very low calorie diet plan that will get you to your goal weight in record time. It's the closest thing to being at Camp Biggest Loser!
The program can be challenging and you'll have to make sacrifices, so it's best suited to members who are highly motivated and have a weight loss deadline.
The Rapid program can be followed initially for 6 weeks. If you still have weight to lose after 6 weeks, you can continue with the program or change to our more flexible Classic program.
Safety first
The Rapid Weight Loss program is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, adults over 65 years of age, those with type 1 diabetes, those taking medication for type 2 diabetes, those with heart disease, pancreatitis, renal disease, psychosis, porphyria, heptatic disease or similar conditions. We recommend you discuss the Rapid program with your doctor before commencing the diet.
