“I have been on The Biggest Loser Club eating plan for 10 weeks and I’ve lost 13kg. My husband (who has also been following the program) and I went out for dinner the other night and he fit into his jeans for the first time in years. It was very exciting!
The food is extremely easy to prepare and cook and the cooking directions are simple and in plain English. The best thing I like about the shopping list is the fact that you can plug in how many you are cooking for and it automatically adjusts the quantity of food that you need to purchase.
My advice would be, if you are thinking of joining then join and give it a go. If you don’t like it after one month and if you don’t like the food or the exercise program or if you haven’t lost any weight then cancel your membership. But at least you gave it a go.“
