1. The online diary

The diary takes all the guesswork out of losing weight. While there are a lot of factors that contribute to successful weight loss, it ultimately comes down to “calories in” versus “calories out”. That's why the diary gives you a running tally of both. Use it to log what you eat and drink, as well as how much exercise you do, and the diary will automatically do the sums, so you can see at a glance if you’re on track for weight-loss.
