1. The online diary
The Diary takes all the guesswork out of losing weight. While there are a lot of factors that contribute to successful weight-loss, it ultimately comes down to “calories in” versus “calories out”. That's why the diary gives you a running tally of both. Use it to log what you eat and drink, as well as how much exercise you do, and the Diary will automatically do the sums, so you can see at a glance if you’re on track for weight-loss.

2. Menu plans and recipes
Join the club and you'll never need to wonder what to eat again. As a member, you get a huge selection of tasty and healthy meal ideas as part of your personalised program. Every week you'll see a new menu with quick and easy recipes for all meals and snacks. Each plan is designed to meet your personal energy needs, and comes with shopping lists for you to print before you head to the shops.

3. Exercise plans
Hate the gym? No problem. Cringe at the thought of a jog? That's ok. You can choose an exercise plan that suits you. When you join the Club you get a personalised plan that matches your current level of fitness, then steps-up the intensity as your fitness improves.
4. Weight loss graphs and charts
Weight-loss is a journey, and as member, you can map each step you make toward your goal using a range of graphs and charts.

5. Support
You never have to feel alone while losing weight. As a member, you can hop on the forums to share tips and triumphs with other Club members on a similar journey. Plus, if you have a question or a problem you can always ask our customer service team for advice.
